I would like to bring to your notice that the National Federation, Visakhapatnam Division would like to discuss the following agenda in the ensuing JCC.
Agenda
1. Review of last JCC minutes,
2. Pending Head quarters shifting and posting of new ADOs,
3. Non payment of Bonus commission for agents below 5 years,
4. Module Password to DOs,
5. Space (677) and table and chair for all DOs (including SSO DOs),
6. Computer, related paraphernalia in DOs chamber,
7. Service condition book to all DOs,
8. Impartial auditing–recovery from DO is done but payment 2DO not made,
9. GOIB – credit given – 50%, withdrawn due to lapsation – 100%,
10. Credit to DOs on visiting business,
11. Agency licence fee across the counter,
12. Giving Importance for SSS and ECS segments,
13. Portal passwords to DOs and agents,
14. Stationery,
15. Surrenders,
16. Increase in limit (both sum assured and number of cases) for Medical Examiners,
17. Pending appointment of Medical Examiners,
18. Delay in completion and dispatch of proposals referred to DO/ZO/CO,
19. Policy bonds printing on day to day basis, (except new plans)
20. Agents commission carry forward (CFD) related problems (withholding of commission),
21. Commission jumping and payment of commission to reinstated agents,
22. 4006 and ULIP renewal lists on monthly basis,
23. List of non-club member agents with MHR limits (Authorisation),
24. Concurrencia – related problems,
25. Anywhere revival and anywhere loan repayment – problems,
26. Monthly meeting of all DOs in Branches along with SSO DOs,
27. Competitions and communication,
28. Shifting of Branches – 710, 69P, 69E, etc.,
29. Bifurcation of income (GOIB – 2007) given in Form 16,
30. Functioning of single window,
31. Watch-list agents.
